Starting from the 9th, the garden of Chef Alessandro Cappotto’s restaurant transforms into an open-air stage for the most anticipated summer BBQ in Franciacorta. No conventional menus: just the grill, the open air, and the full flavor of raw ingredients treated with respect and simplicity.
